Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received. Processing times may vary during holidays, high-volume seasons, or for handmade/custom pieces.
Shipping Time
Shipping times depend on the carrier and destination. Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout when available.
Please note that delivery delays may occur due to weather, holidays, carrier delays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the package size, weight, and delivery location.
Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Eyrerosesdecor is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We will review the issue and offer a replacement, store credit, or refund when applicable.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier. If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier first. We will do our best to assist you when possible.
Custom or Handmade Items
Some floral arrangements or decor pieces may require additional preparation time. If an item needs extra processing time, this will be noted in the product description or communicated after purchase.
