At Eyrerosesdecor, every piece is carefully selected and prepared to bring beauty and warmth into your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition received
- In its original packaging
- Free of damage, stains, odors, or signs of use
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and offer a replacement, store credit, or refund when applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale:
- Custom or made-to-order floral arrangements
- Clearance or sale items
- Seasonal items
- Used or damaged items after delivery
- Digital products, if applicable
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
